It is only 10 minutes from the center of Marbella and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús by car, where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants.  And Malaga airport is only 40 minutes away by car.

Samara is a luxury urban complex that has a 24-hour concierge, but also has the best facilities to enjoy your dream vacation.  You can benefit from outdoor pools, sauna, heated indoor pool, massage room and gym.

This characteristic holiday apartment has 90 m² distributed on one floor, facing south and has a parking space.

The fully equipped apartment consists of:

A tastefully decorated living room furnished with a chaise longue sofa, a coffee table, plasma TV with the Apple platform and a dining table for 4 people, all to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  From the living room you can access the terrace.

A kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need, there is a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, multifunctional oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine.  You will also find all kinds of kitchenware, from crockery and glassware to cutlery and kitchenware.

The master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a fantastic light that enters through the door that gives access to the terrace, has been furnished with a double bed and blackout curtains to guarantee the rest of our clients.  In addition, from the bedroom you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a large bathtub, shower, double sink, toilet, bidet and underfloor heating to keep you warm in the winter months.  It also has a hand-held hair dryer.

The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large double bed and has a huge built-in wardrobe and door to access the terrace and enjoy those magnificent views of the sea.

The second community bathroom for the whole house has a shower, a sink, toilet and underfloor heating, as well as a hairdryer.

For the happiness of our clients we provide bath towels, bed linen and beach towels, so you don&&039;t have to worry about a thing.

The whole house has general hot / cold air conditioning, so you can adapt the temperature to your needs and fiber optics.

The terrace from which you can access from the living room and the two bedrooms has been equipped with an outdoor dining table and four chairs to make the best dinners with friends or family in the light of the moon and with the sound of the sea .

The closest supermarket is only 8 minutes away by car (Supersol), and the closest beach and beach restaurants are only 7 minutes away by car.
